Fashion model turned actress Cara Delevingne plays Margo, the love interest of the leading character in Paper Towns. Cara is very beautiful (!) but seems quite shy at the press conference with the rest of the cast, director and producer/author. Chewing gum, banging her head on the microphone, playing with the microphone’s arm… Was she trying to hide her nervous feelings? We have her answers here…

Q: This is a road trip movie, what was the longest road trip you have ever done and what purpose was that road trip for?

I’m not a driver, never been on one. But if you are offering, I’m very happy to take you up on it. [laughs]

Q: If you guys had to all vote on who’s going to get their driver’s license first, would it be Nat (Wolff) or Cara?

I am better at driving though. [laughs]

Q: Do you have a similar personal experience with your character in the movie where your real-life parents want you to be a certain way but you don’t want to?

My parents have always been very supportive of what I wanted to do. I wanted to be an actor since I was really young. And I wanted to do that as early as possible. All they wanted is for me to be happy and want me to finish school. I have always been raised very supportive.

Q: Have you ever had any friends or people say, “Don’t bring Cara around, she’s bad news?”

No comment [laughs]. I think one time, I brought around a film, which I shouldn’t have, to one of my friend’s houses and watched it with their parents and they were like, “What is wrong with this child?” [laughs]

Paper Towns opens in theaters on July 24th.
