“24” creator Joel Surnow’s feature film “Small Time” is based on his own experience

Joel Surnow, who created the smash TV hit 24, makes his feature film directorial debut with Small Time and chats about the experience in this WhatsUpHollywood.com video interview. Not only does he share the origins of the story but he also reveals there are four people from 24 in this film to celebrate his movie debut. Small Time star Christopher Meloni also chimes in on how he purchased a lake house as a reward and learned to water ski.
